Just got off the phone with them once again and I started pointing out all of the issues. They tell me they are going to transfer me and hang up on me. I called right back and no one is able to take my call now They are fraud, take your money and refuse to give the service you pay for.

Apple sold like what 10 million iPhones in the first weekend? Maybe lower end customers got it but most people would prefer a higher end smartphone. I have had this phone for a couple of months and it just below in specs to the Samsung Note 4, I am pleased with the speed, with battery bigger then the note 4, mah running 4.

This is the case for the 3 brands I mentioned. I have 2 Zmax and love them. The camera is not all that great but other than that they are quick, large, and affordable. I recommended one for my mom due to the price and it works great for her.

She also was able to get it from Walmart for half what T-Mobile was selling it for. With the Z3 accessories and such are still up, as well as the demo until we sell off inventory. The Zmax being pulled from everything is a sign not of slow sales, but of something else.

My Vringo lawsuit theory is wrong. The PC Magazine website is reporting that it is a safety issue caused by owners trying to pry out the non-removable battery to do a hard reset. I think we have an answer..

As many of these phones they sold it could have been way more if they provided an unlocked bootloader. Owners have been trying to pry out the NON removable battery to do a hard reset which will damage the phone, and maybe the owner.

I was told when I bought it that the battery was non removable , the only reason I ever removed the battery on any of my previous phones was when they froze up. I have never had that problem with my zmax. Mine is up to 4. Is the there a build update?

I had same issue. Well so sorry in hearing the bad news of having this ZTE Max phone discontinued. I personally owned two of them and have not had any issues with these phones. The phone has everything that I can ask for to serve my purpose and more.

Just heard about this! What happens to us who own one? Mostly in the last few days. Things that are on are not working right. The once bullet point very long batt life gone. Now for some reason it sucks it down.

If I get only 2G service, will my calls work. I experienced some call quality issues and serious delays both sending and receiving text in 2G areas.. I am concerned about the t-mobile coverage. If it does not work out can I take the samsung galaxy grand prime i bought through the family plan and move it to trac phone with a different chip?

I guess my question is whether the phone I buy through the family plan will be locked to t-mobile. I have had issues with this service from day one. The phone I originally received had a bad sim card in it, two weeks later I attempted to return it for a new phone.

I relocated to a different state just a few months later and found that the reception on the phone I had was nonexistence in my area. I had to go outside of my home to receive or make a phone call. I receive a letter with an outstanding balance due on my old phone, which I was fine with, when I attempted to call the number on the letter I received, the option to reach customer service was not there 4.

Repeating the same process again, I finally got through to Customer Service, spoke with Carol, She explained that she could not take my payment because I never called to cancel the service and that the phone was still active even though they had turned off the service.

I questions why that would be since I had a No-contract, pay monthly service. Apparently that was not the case. Carol said that I should have the read the fine print when I orignally activated the phone.

I lost it completely at that point and told them it would cost more in gas to drive to Walmart to cancel this phone. Their service sucks, their customer service goes around and around with you, vomiting out rules and regulations.

My calls start dropping, I cannot get no help. They act as they do not understand them on two of the phone number. They do not have no history on them, so I do not know what is going on. And I suppose they got the same service because when I call the call drop or they was just holding the phone.

We try to avoid the fluff and deliver tips and guides that really matter. The recent switch from T-Mobile to TracFone has my calls always dropping. Repeated bad connections and very poor data speeds. I will be switching to another carrier and I suggest you save yourselves the headache.

I worked for over 2 hours each day for 2 days to activate the phone and it would not active and Trac-fone was no help. I actually went to the Walmart store and was there for 4 hours till we finally got a phone activated.

I also had a hard time trying to get in my account every month after the change and it would take me 30 minutes or longer to get in, they would say my password was not valid so I would have them send me an email and it still would not work with the password they would give me.

There was never a contract with them of any kind! On September 24th at approximately 1: I contact Family Mobile customer service because one of my phones have been so I contacted them to get the phone. And then he got very rude with me and started shouting at me.

Put me in touch with supervisor. He told me I was stupid and hung up on me. My family and I are in the process of cleaning up the mess that hurricane Harvey had left behind and is unable to take care of our phone bill until this coming Saturday.

So I called them back again. My advice to anyone looking at Walmart Family Mobile If the phrases "Let the buyer beware" and "You get what you pay for" ever applied, they apply to the New Walmart Family Mobile!
